TileHaus Ltd have set out a full list of Terms and Conditions that relate to the sales of goods/purchasing of goods and the use of our website. We strive to provide the best user experience to our visitors by always improving our services on our website. By choosing to access and use this website, and purchase Goods from us, you are expressly agreeing to all our Terms and Conditions below.
Definitions
“Agreements” is the legal binding agreement by which you agree to purchase our goods and we agree to sell the goods.
“The Client” refers to the customer purchasing the Goods. “We” and “Us” and “The Company” refer to TileHaus Ltd.
“Goods” refer to the products that we sell either online, by phone and at our showroom.
“Consumer Sales” refer to the selling of any Goods to an individual who is using the Goods for non business use and personal use only.
“Business Sales” refer to the selling of any Goods to a tradesman or business.
“Delivery Date” refer to the date that we agree to deliver the Goods to your specified address.
“Delivery Address” refer to the address where we will deliver the Goods to you.
“Total Price” refers to the price for the Goods and delivery inclusive of VAT.
Use Of Website
Licence to use www.tilehaus.co.uk website.This website is fully copyrighted by TileHaus Ltd. In no way must you copy any image or text without our permission. We do authorise you to download PDF’s for your personal use, non-commercial use.
You agree that you will not do anything to harm the function or content of the site. You will not try to upload malicious code or image on the site. You also agree that you will not use any false identity registering your TileHaus Account. Any Comments, Reviews and Profiles created and posted will be moderated before being approved on our website.
TileHaus Ltd have put measures in place to protect your details stored on our website and will never pass these details to third parties. We never store any card details on our website and all order payments are securely processed.
We have put high security measures in place to prevent attacks on our site. Our website keeps logs of visited IP addresses which can be used in a court of law if your IP address is found to be causing distress of any kind upon the website.

Descriptions. All product descriptions found on our website and publications are for illustrative use only, wrote in good faith and based from manufacturer specifications.
Images. Images found on our website and publications may vary, due to factors such as monitor settings, image colouring, and nature of our eyes. Colour accuracy of the products viewed on our website cannot be guaranteed.
Samples. Any images and samples should be treated as approximations only.
Measurements
By accepting a quotation or making a payment from a pro-forma and/or invoice with the objective to purchase any product or service from Us, The Client acknowledges to have read, understand, and accept the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, and agrees to be legally binding by these Terms and Conditions.
Quotations are valid for 30 days only.
Whilst we do our best to interpret figures, diagrams, drawings or conversations which detail the sizes, shapes and details of your quote, We are unable to guarantee that this is a correct interpretation of your exact requirements and cannot be held liable if these subsequently prove to be incorrect. It is up to The Client to ensure that the sizes, shapes and dimensions detailed in our quote are correct for what The Client require.
All measurements are in millimetres. Where these have been converted from other forms of measurement, for example imperial measurements or measurements expressed in meters and centimetres, it is up to The Client to ensure that these are correct, even if provided by Us.
We do not check or warrant these details for accuracy or validity.
Illustrations, descriptions, weights and measurements shall be taken by the buyer as a guide only and are not binding in detail. We reserve the right without notice and without affecting the validity of the contract to make such changes in materials, dimensions and design as are reasonable and desirable.
Price & Payment
All products on our website can be viewed with or without 20% VAT.
The price provided on the products are exclusive of any delivery charges or any surcharges.
All Goods must be paid in full before any order confirmation. Orders will not be placed and delivery not arranged unless payments have been made.
We reserve the right to adjust any price by informing you of such change before any delivery is arranged. This includes but not limited to; brexit, economy crash, recession, pound sterling fluctuations and any other additional tax duties and rates.
You will have the right to cancel your order should any price adjustments occur on your order – this only applies to standard product Goods. Any made to measure Goods are non-refundable should there be any change to the economy as mentioned above. Should there be any errors found in our pricing, then we will adjust the online products and cannot be liable for any errors. Ownership of any Goods will remain of TileHaus Ltd until payment has been fully received.
Trade Accounts. We provide a separate payment structure for Trade Accounts who can benefit from a 30 day account, and any balances need to be paid at the end of that 30 day limit. Credit Account customers who fail to pay will be liable to pay interest on the Total Price from the due date until you make the payment, at 8% plus the rate of the Bank of England.
Delivery
Timing. We will always strive to deliver the Goods to the Delivery Address on the Delivery Date that you have specified. Depending on the size of the Goods, we may deliver them ourselves, or arrange our trusted courier service to deliver them. We can only provide a time window such as AM or PM. We cannot provide specific time.
Offloading. Please ensure that there is adequate space for the van/lorry to park up and offload the Goods. Should there be no safe space for the van/lorry to park, the driver will use their sound judgement to park in the nearest safest place. The driver will not handle any Goods to your premises and it up to your responsibility to transport this to your desired safe place on your premises. We do not accept any liability for any damage caused in transportation from kerb to your premises.
Delivery. All Goods must be signed upon delivery. Delivery cost is subject to 20% VAT. Should delivery not be fulfilled due to no one being on site, then we will return the Goods back to our Factory and you will be responsible for any re-delivery and storage charges. We do not accept any liability for any damage caused in transit but will do all our best to resolve any issues you may experience.
Collection. You may collect the Goods from one of our sites. It will be your responsibility for the transportation of the Goods from us to your premises. We do not accept any liability for any damage caused in transit.
Limitation of Liability
Both parties involved in this Agreement have a duty of care to fulfil their requirements. We will only be liable for damaged or defect Goods within 24 hours after delivery or collection, but not otherwise.
We will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business due to missing delivery date and time. We will ensure that we communicate with you beforehand. We will not be liable for any incorrect products or fixings that have been applied to our surfaces
Damages
We take delivery very seriously and all Goods are inspected before they are dispatched.
It is up to you as the customer to inspect the Goods upon delivery or collection to ensure they are the tiles that you have ordered.
Business & Trade Account customers will need to ensure that there is someone qualified on site to inspect the delivery and be able to check if the Goods are correct. A window of 24 hours is applicable to notify us of any errors. Should the delivered Goods be wrong and the cause of such is identified as our mistake, then we will arrange for collection of the Goods and delivery of the correct Goods at a cost to us. If the cause of mistake is caused by placing the wrong order, then additional storage and delivery charges will apply.
Damages. If there are any damages, please take photographic evidence and inform us via your Account. We will then investigate and establish the cause of damage and the best way on resolving such issue. We do require you to inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Any report after 24 hours will be at our discretion to accept or reject your damage claim, based on the cause of damage and steps we can take to resolve
Storage
All Goods should be stored in a safe place on your premises. They should be stacked and stored vertically. We cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs after delivery or if they are stacked/stored in an unsafe way.

We have developed a Help Area where you can read and see all the specification of the products that we sell online or at our showroom.

Right to Cancel
You have the rights to cancel this Agreement before delivery has been arranged. Should any delivery already be dispatched, you may be charged. To notify us of any cancellation, please do so in writing by emailing sales@tilehaus.co.uk. We reserve the rights to cancel any order should we find that the customer has purchased any Goods by any Fraudulent methods
Advice
Any advice given by us is given in good faith. This applies to any fixing products, adhesives, colour options, sizes and installation tips. The advice that we give should be used as a general guide. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have sought out correct advice from those within the trade and to purchase the correct adhesives and fixings for the flooring tile they have purchased.
Adjustments
These terms and conditions are valid throughout the Agreement from quotation to delivery. If any adjustment needs to be made to this Agreement by us, you will be notified by such. We reserve the right to make changes on our website and in store at any time without prior notice. This may include, but not limited to; Adjust any prices or products on the website and in store. Adjust any product specification. Remove or discontinue any Tile Collection & ranges.
