We always recommend you order samples before committing to your purchase and we also know that once ordered you want to see your samples quickly – that’s why over 95% of our samples are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your request.

Some clients find the perfect tile first time from their free samples and order their tiles without needing to visit us or seeing a large sample!

Because we know our ranges inside out when you order your samples, we’d love to hear a little more about your project.  That way we may know of something else that might work for your project and you might fall in love with.

Sometimes you do just want to see a larger sample before committing to your tile purchase so we can happily dispatch a larger tile – you simply pay for tile, postage and packing and we will deliver to your door.  It’s always worth asking us!

Because we know that Tile Showrooms can be quite overwhelming and sometimes cluttered, when we display our tiles either at our showroom or at any events, we do it a little differently.  Our tiles are free floating on white walls and displayed to stunning effect and our larger format tiles displayed so you can view them horizontally or vertically. Because of the clever way we display them they can be easily removed so we can work with clients to put mood boards together in our showroom.
